The Owner
Rod Tattersall is a Quantity Surveyor and has vast experience in the
Housing Sector. He was the Commercial Director at Stefanutti Stocks
Housing for 5 years and the Divisional Director at Enza Housing for 5
years. At both companies he was involved in delivering affordable
housing and student accommodation on a large scale. Approximately 1,500 units were constructed annually with most projects being 3-4 storey’s high. As a result of this experience, he is able to assist Clients with value engineering and delivering opportunities that meet the clients budgets.
He has experience in the civil, roads, building and housing space as well as having spent 4 years in Dubai with Parsons Brinckerhoff in Project Management. This has all culminated and contributed in starting Ubercon Construction and Developments in 2017 to pursue his passion for building houses and making a difference for Clients.

In addition to our NHBRC registration, we are also able to assist our clients with submitting their plans for NHBRC registration and approval. This means that our clients can benefit from our expertise and knowledge of the registration process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
